Alpha Cohort Fellowship helps local college students access professional guidance, workplace experience, and a supportive cohort community as they prepare for the future workforce.
Who Can Apply
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a college, university, or certification program
Must be located in or able to commute within Southern California, as internship opportunities are based in this region
Provide proof of enrollment, an unofficial transcript, or a sample of related coursework or projects
Available a minimum of 15 hours per week for the duration of the internship
Ability to commit to a structured, learning-focused program

Alpha Cohort Fellowship is currently focused on supporting college students and host partners in the Southern California region. At this time, fellowship opportunities are designed for students who are based in or connected to Southern California and able to participate in regional programming, workshops, and host partner opportunities.
